With regular hotel review visits and sales audits, in addition to an internal sales training programme and innovative sales lead referral programme, the sales team focuses on driving commercial results for each hotel.

Operations: Our experienced and hands-on team guides and coaches each General Manager and hotel’s senior team on a daily basis, implementing best practice at every level in the business. The operational team undertakes regular hotel operational and financial reviews driving performance.

Revenue: The revenue team transforms hotel performance, outperforming competitors to be best in class in each market. The revenue team conducts regular hotel reviews, revenue audits and internal training of revenue professionals to drive commercial business.
